Nicole Van Dyke started designing limited edition accessories and clothing while still a fashion design student, at NY's Fashion Institute of Technology. After winning the ready-to-wear designer award at graduation,
1 Frenchman & a move to Paris, 2 girls, and 20 years of expertise later, the NVD collection is handmade with amour, entirely by French and American artisans. Desirable, collectable, sustainable - the mantra as she designs every special piece with her unique creative vision.
Accessories
Our specialty collection ranges from large tote bags to medium and smaller handbags with various interchangeable handles for shoulder, arm, hands-free or clutch, all to match your need and mood. Smaller pieces include computer and i-pad cases, wallets, organisers, eyeglass cases, coin purses. So many styles to organise.
Ready-to-wear
One of a kind or small series fashion is the NVD signature and specialty, giving a fab new fashionable life to existing materials. Passionate about hunting for great materials throughout the world, the designer lets the fabric, lace, trim and broderies inspire her, creating truly unique yet very wearable designs.
Handwovens
The designer collaborates with her textile designer mom on a series of handwovens - cottons
& linens for summer, wools for winter. Each limited edition series features vintage leathers & signature linings: denim, stripes or gingham - on adore!
Vintage materials
At NVD, we are immensely proud of hunting for beautiful, existing materials and breathing new life into them - as accessories or clothing.
The designer has collected throughout her travels, ever since childhood.
